Transfer Policy
Registrants may transfer their registration to someone else without penalty until Friday, June 24. Transfer requests should be made to CCSSO Meetings.
Cancellation and Refund Policy

Registration cancellations made on or before Thursday, May 26, 2022, are fully refundable but subject to a $75 cancellation fee.

Registration cancellations made between Thursday, May 26 – Friday, June 24, 2022, will receive a credit in the amount paid to use towards NCSA 2023. Credits cannot be transferred.

Registrants who fail to attend the conference or cancel their registration by June 24 will automatically forfeit all registration fees. No refunds or credit will be approved.
Refunds will be processed in the same manner as the original payment. Credit card refunds will be issued to the card on record, generally within 72 hours of the request. Check refunds could take up to 21 days to receive.
